Note: On Holidays call the day before to make a reservation for the next day following the holiday.
Please call in ADVANCE to make a reservation for any Medical appointment as soon as you confirm your appointment.
For all Medical appointments please have ready when you call: Office address and appointment time.
Note: for medical related appointments, we will travel up to two miles beyond the Township Boundaries.
Note: Outside of Township: Please schedule an appointment between 9:30-1:30 to ensure we can get you there on time and picked up afterwards. Outside the Township, you need to be done by 3:00 for last pickup.
You may go grocery shopping once a week. Please limit your trip to 3 bags. Please do not bring large folding shopping carts.
Tuesday or Thursday
Brookfield, Burr Ridge, Countryside, Hinsdale, Hodgkins, Indian Head Park, La Grange, La Grange Highlands, Lyons, Mc Cook, North Willow Springs and Western Springs.
Call Monday to determine shopping day for the week.
Bedford Park, Bridgeview Hickory Hills, north of 87th st., Justice South Willow Springs Summit
Other shopping days: most Wednesdays to the Quarry Mall, Hodgkins.
NOTE: Shopping will vary if medical appointments are full. Drivers will carry your bags onto bus and bring them to your front door. When a driver drops you off to shop, they will confirm a time to return to pick you up. Please be sure you are ready and waiting for this pick up. The driver cannot enter store to find you.
