Move Your Body, Calm Your Mind Join us for this class in the Township of Lyons Community Room

A certified Yoga instructor will lead the class through an hour-long yoga session all while seated in a chair. Please join us as we learn the benefits of proper movement, to strengthen and stretch the whole body. Perfect for anyone new to yoga, seniors and office workers.
