Calling all parents, grandparents, and anyone that interacts with youth for this Youth Mental Health First Aid Training Class. This is a FREE class and lunch is provided. There will be 2 hours of online work before the class.

A certified Yoga instructor will lead the class through an hour-long yoga session all while seated in a chair. Please join us as we learn the benefits of proper movement, to strengthen and stretch the whole body. Perfect for anyone new to yoga, seniors and office workers.
